Nicholas B. Buzan
Nick Buzan’s practice focuses on education law, litigation, employment disputes, contract negotiations, and injury law.
Nick Buzan graduated cum laude from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers
College of Law in 2010 with his Juris Doctorate. Nick earned his Bachelor of Science in Education from Northern Arizona University. He attended Culver-Stockton College on a football scholarship before matriculating at NAU. Nick is originally from Globe-Miami, Arizona.
Nick Buzan is a trial lawyer by trade. He has litigated hundreds of cases before judges
and juries across Arizona—many to successful verdict. He prides himself on working
his cases to the ground so that no stone is left unturned. In addition to his superior
presentation skills Nick Buzan has excellent investigative skills born from his vast
experience as a charging attorney with the Coconino County Attorney’s Office.
When not practicing law Nick Buzan can be found in Arizona’s arroyos or mountains,
usually horseback.

prior to discovery based on Arizona’s open range laws.

State v. Quinonez, 2019 – Three-week manslaughter trial resulting in guilty jury verdict.

State v. Spurling, 2018 – Arizona Court of Appeals affirmed trial court and denied relief.
State v. Ward, 2013 – Overturned erroneous fourth amendment suppression ruling before Arizona
