Flores v. State of Arizona: Represented the Speaker of the Arizona House of Representatives and President of the Arizona Senate in ongoing litigation concerning ELL education in the State. Has appeared twice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in representation of those clients.

Corliss v. Peoria Unified School District: Represented the school district in a case involving a fatal cross-walk accident at Cotton Boll Elementary School.

Represented the Governing Board of the Deer Valley Unified School District in contract negotiations with Superintendent.

Represented the Wilson Elementary School District in litigation against Maricopa County involving school district financing and governance.

Defended the Paradise Valley Unified School District in a lawsuit stemming from an off-site accident.

Represented Salt River Project in an appeal to the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals involving a wrongful termination case.

Represented Exxon Mobil Corporation in a six-week jury trial stemming from a construction project.
