WORK EXPERIENCE:
Mr.
Saks focuses his practice in the areas of commercial litigation,
representation of government entities, construction law, education
law, employment law, and real estate litigation. Before joining
Cantelme & Brown, P.L.C., Mr. Saks clerked for Judge Sheldon Weisberg
of the Arizona Court of Appeals. While in law school, Mr. Saks
served as the executive articles editor of the law review and
interned in the federal district court and the Michigan Supreme
Court.
