WORK EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Brown formed Cantelme & Brown, P.L.C., in 2006. He focuses his
practice in the areas of representation of government entities,
construction law, government contracts, education law, employment
law and commercial litigation. Before forming his own practice, Mr.
Brown practiced with Jennings, Strouss & Salmon, P.L.C. (2002-2006).

Represented Governing Board in contract negotiations with
